Long-term unemployed

Out of work for a long time, I need to find my way… I want to work if given the chance and someone shows me the path.

Long-term unemployment has a profound impact on businesses, society, families, and individuals. Job seekers feel lost, employers struggle to find qualified candidates, and placement professionals face limited resources and bureaucratic obstacles.

Our approach

icosaQ uses a survey-based, hyper-personalisation approach to understand each person's thought processes, decision-making style, hopes, needs, and life approach. That data lets career counsellors guide clients toward meaningful and long-term employment, creating stronger connections between the right person and the right employer. True success comes from understanding the whole person, not from a technology-first approach that overlooks individual aspirations.
